Simple lunch of gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce and local sott' olii
produced on the premesis
After lunch transfer to Ferrandina to visit an antique olive farm. Clients
get to see the antique production process of typical salted oven dried
olives in the area and tasting of oil and dried olives.
Return to Matera, and free time

Transfer to Grottaglie to visit the local potters' laboratories, demonstration
of antique throwing and decoration
In late morning transfer to Kalidria, new 5* Thalassotherapy
beauty farm and resort for relaxing day by the heated sea water pool.
Clients will be given bath robe and slippers on arrival.
Each client has individual massage under heated cascade of sea water,
hydrochromotherapy bath, and aquatonic path, use of sauna and turkish
