Fin Du Monde – Quebec
A Belgian Style Triple. Golden blonde color. Cloudy, yeasty, spicy. Slightly tart Citrus, lightly spicy and “bready” 9%

Maudite – Quebec
A Belgian Style Strong Amber: Very complex. Mahogany in color. Rich, spicy,lots of coriander. Lightly hoppy. Both fruity and dry 8%

Anderson Valley IPA (India Pale Ale)
From California, a true west coast style IPA. Considered a benchmark of it’s style. Very floral hoppy and bitter hoppy. Aromas consist of dried straw, chamomile. Tastes of citrus rind and pine. 7%

Anchor Steam – California
A hybrid. A lager brewed with ale yeasts. Well balanced only lightly hoppy.I would call this a malty beer. Very easy way to introduce light beer drinkers to more flavor.

Sierra Nevada Pale Ale – California
The beer that defines California Pales. Sierra still uses whole flower hops instead of pellets. Copper color, medium body, lots of floral cascade hops, almost vegetal. (Tastes “Green”)

Stella Artois – Belgium
Considered the Bud of Belgium. Very light bodied lager from Belgium. A perfect premium alternative to bud, miller, coors, heineken etc. Lightly hoppy
